A little about me...
My name is Danielle (aka Dannie) and my love for photography started long ago, but only after becoming a mom did the importance of being able to freeze moments in time become so substantial. My husband, identical twin daughters, and son have been some of my amazing models throughout the years of learning and studying different techniques and have helped form the foundation of the photographer I am today.
I was born and raised in Maryland, just outside Washington DC, and graduated from Towson University with a dual Business degree of Marketing and Management. My photography journey started in South Florida where I lived for just over 10 years, met my husband, and started our family together. Upon becoming pregnant with our third child we decided it was time to move closer to some family, and have been living in Auburn, NY since 2018.
Capturing the natural beauty and true spirits of my clients, all while having a relaxed and fun session, is what I expect to achieve from every photoshoot. I am so grateful to have had the most fantastic clients so far. It has truly been an honor to have the opportunity to be their visual storyteller and to be trusted to witness in all of the wonderful memories and milestones. Delivering final images that they adore, and can share with their loved ones to also cherish, gives me so much happiness.
I love the essence of an outdoor photoshoot and bringing in different elements of natures beauty. Although I have some favorite spots to choose from, I am always up for exploring a new location and going on an adventure. When weather isn’t desirable or if you are looking for indoor portraits there are some great local venues that may work perfect for your vision.
Photography has become a way for me to express and challenge myself to learn new things and it has truly been a dream to take this passion on professionally. As emphasized on my home page, if I had to pick one word to describe what to expect from a session and your final images "vivacious" was all-encompassing and became the inspiration behind V.I.B.E.
